Patient Assistance Program

Kidney C.O.P. is now offering a Patient Assistance Program for those that are at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level. 

For example, $21,870 for a single and $45,000 for a family of four in 2023. 

Kidney C.O.P. will be provided free to those that truly qualify. 

You simply need to complete an application, secure a recommendation from your doctor, and provide proof of income.

For those that do not qualify for patient assistance, Kidney C.O.P. is still very affordable at only $31.95 for a 30 day supply.
