Full purchase price refund (excluding any expedited shipping costs) will be paid on your most recent purchase and will be limited to one bottle except for these exceptions:
- Multiple bottles were ordered on your most recent purchase and the mutiple bottle order arrived damaged in transit and the damage was reported to Kidney C.O.P.’s Customer Service within 3 days of receipt.
- Multiple bottles were ordered on most recent purchase and more than one bottle opened was found to be visually and/or materially defective.
To receive your full purchase price refund (excluding any expedited shipping costs), simply contact customer service at 1-800-586-9424 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with in thirty (30) days of your purchase date. Then follow the instructions as provided by the customer service agent.
