The only advice I received was to drink plenty of water and change my diet to avoid foods high in oxalates. This advice was ineffective for me. I found the diet extremely difficult to maintain as it was so specific and restrictive. As motivated as I was to prevent the recurrence of calcium oxalate crystals, this low oxalate diet was simply too difficult for me to maintain every day for the rest of my life.

So I set my mind to utilizing my over 30 years of pharmaceutical experience to finding a better way.
