Using Kidney C.O.P.® is EASY!
To experience the full benefits of Kidney C.O.P.® just use as directed… that’s it!
Directions For Use: Take two (2) capsules twice daily (AM and PM) preferably with meals.
It is recommended to take Kidney C.O.P. as directed everyday to help stop recurrence. Approximately 50% of those with a crystal challenge will have a recurrence within five years or less.
For best results, it is recommended to consume at least six 8-ounce glasses of water daily with lemon juice, decrease caffeine intake, eliminate colas, decrease oxalate-rich foods such as spinach, strawberries, nuts, and tea, decrease sodium, sugar, and red meat consumption and increase fiber intake.
